摘　　要：On October 28th Songwon Industrial Co.,Ltd.and Tangshan Baifu Chemical Co. Ltd. (Baifii)announced that they have reached a definitiveagreement to establish a joint venture to manufactureand sell thioester antioxidants. Thenew company will be named Songwon BaifuChemical Co.
