气流式干燥系统参数与卷烟内在质量的关系研究

摘　　要：根据测试试验中得到的各种数据,通过分析气流式干燥系统各工艺参数对卷烟内在质量影响。认为气流式干燥系统工艺气温度对内在质量的有影响,增大工艺气温度,干燥后卷烟感官质量呈下降的趋势,总糖、总氮、总植物碱呈下降的趋势,叶丝填充值有上升的趋势,优化气流式干燥机各工艺参数,有利于提高卷烟的内在质量。It analyses the relationship that affect the quality between apiece craftwork parameter at air flow style dry machine and the internal Quality of wrapped tobacco, the technics temperature of air-flow style dry machine affect the internal quality more, sensory quality of tobacco submit dropping trend after increase the temperature of technics and drying ,total sugar and total nitrogen and total volatile base submit dropping trend. It is in favor of improving the internal quality of tobacco that optimizes apiece art parameter of the air-flow style dry machine.
