摘　　要：近几年来 ,湖南花卉业发展迅猛 ,花卉产品需求旺盛 ,市场稳步发展 ,花卉主要品种优势突出 ,产业化新模式开始出现。但是 ,自发分散、盲目发展 ,产业化程度低 ,科技水平低 ,仍是制约花卉业发展的主要因素。湖南花卉业发展总的指导思想是继续坚持“稳步、调整、提高、增效”的方针 ,切实转变观念、发挥优势、调整结构、加大扶持力度 。There is rapid development in flower trade in these years.The large requirement in flower production,market development steadily,the main flower varieties in advantage and the new industry model come into being.The problems were the flower trade was in dispersion,developing blindly,the low-level industry,low-level science and technology.The general directs thinking of flower trade development:'steady,regulation,improment and increase effect.'Changing the sense,regulating the construction,and increasing the support to acceletate the development of flower trade.
