砂卵砾石地基上的土石坝分区材料研究

摘　　要：云南青山嘴水库主坝为坐落在砂卵砾石地基上的砾石(黏)土心墙石渣坝。针对其筑坝材料的料源组成复杂、地基存在不均匀沉陷及地震液化问题等特点,对坝基砂卵砾石层进行强夯处理,防渗心墙采用砾石土料和黏土料两种防渗土料填筑,坝体采用以砂泥岩为主的夹砂砾岩、砾岩石渣料填筑;防渗心墙反滤层按保护两种心墙料要求设计,心墙下游坝基面按满足与坝体间的过渡关系设置水平反滤层,有效地解决了坝体和坝基的渗透破坏问题,使心墙防渗土料和坝基砂卵砾石层均得到保护,保证了大坝的渗透稳定性。工程于2009年投入运行,实测不同库水位情况下的主坝渗漏量变化和坝体累计沉降量均低于设计值,施工质量良好,运行情况稳定。The main dam of Yunnan Qingshanzui Reservoir is gravel slag dam with gravel and clay corewall,which is located on the sand and gravel foundation. By considering the complexity of dam material so-ruces,uneven settlement of foundation and its liquefaction due to earthquake,the corresponding measuresare carried out,including dynamic compaction treatment of the sand gravel layer of dam foundation,use oftwo kinds of anti-seepage materials,gravel and clay,for the core wall,use of sandy gravel comprisingmainly sandy mudstone and gravel slag for dam filling materials, design of filter layer for anti-seepagecore wall in terms of the requirements of protection of two sorts of core wall materials. In addition,the hor-izontal filter layer on the foundation at the dowenstream of core wall is set by meeting the need on ist tran-sitional relationship with the above dam body,which effectively solves the problem of possible seepage fail-ures and protects the anti-seepage materials of core wall and the sand gravel layer of dam foundation,re-sulting in the guarantee of the dam seepage stability. The projcet was put int operation in 2009. Both themeasured seepage and settlement of the main dam under different water levels are lower than the designedvalues. The project has good constrction quality and stable performance.
