甘肃祁连山地区油菜花期蜂群不同管理措施对意大利蜜蜂出勤活动的影响

摘　　要：为了探明高寒地区蜂群不同管理措施对蜜蜂活动的影响,在甘肃祁连山地区油菜田地开展了蜂群不同管理措施(诱导饲喂、增加脱粉器、减少空脾和减少子脾)对意大利蜜蜂出勤活动的影响研究。结果表明:与对照组相比,进行诱导饲喂的蜜蜂出勤率增加2%,使用脱粉器的增加4.3%,减少空脾的增加3.7%,减少子脾的增加0.7%,而综合采取上述4种措施的反而下降了1.5%;在一天内,蜜蜂的出勤活动随着时间的推移而呈现2个高峰,分别为13:00和15:00,16:00时以后,蜜蜂出勤活动明显下降。In order to study the effect on foraging activities of Italian bees(Apis mellifera ligustica) by different colony managements in alipine region,we took four methods of attracting feeding,pollen trap,removing empty combs and reducing brood combs in blooming rapeland in Qilianshan region of Gansu province.The results showed that:(1) Compared with control,foraging activities were different,the attracting feeding group was increased 2%,the pollen trap group increased 4.3%,the removing empty comb group increased 3.7%,the reducing brood comb group increased 0.7%,but foraging activities were decreased 1.5%under above four methods.(2) The foraging activities changed with time,the activities increasing showed two peaks at 13:00 and 15:00,but the foraging activities decreased evidently after 16:00.
