敌敌畏对墨胸胡蜂的熏蒸毒性研究

摘　　要：墨胸胡蜂是我国南方危害蜜蜂的主要胡蜂种类之一。为探讨敌敌畏对墨胸胡蜂的熏杀毒性,在35℃条件下,用77.5%敌敌畏稀释1000至16000倍的倍比稀释液,以128μl/L的剂量熏蒸墨胸胡蜂,结果表明,在35℃条件下,12h的半数致死剂量为0.0339μl/L(77.5%敌敌畏体积/容积体积)。在20、25、30、35℃时,1000倍稀释液在4h内,熏杀效果均达100%,可以作为熏杀浓度使用。Wasp(Vespa velutina nigrithorax) is one of the most popular predators of honeybee in southern China.In order to investigate the fumigating toxicity of dichlovos(DDVP) to adult wasp,we diluted DDVP(77.5%)1000 to 16000 times and used to fumigate wasps with the dose of 128μl/L at 35℃.The results showed that,at 35℃,LC50 at 12h was 0.0339μl/L(volume of 77.5% DDVP/test room volume).At 20,25,30,35℃,1000 times diluted solutions were highly toxic to wasps,subjects all died within 4h,this dilution could be used for fumigating wasp.
