摘　　要：本文针对超临界CO2萃取蜂胶的误导宣传,就超临界CO2萃取蜂胶与乙醇提取蜂胶的提取率、色泽、功效、安全性等方面进行了对比与分析,并结合国内外蜂胶市场发展实际,客观、科学地阐述了超临界萃取技术不适用于蜂胶,以期为我国蜂胶产业的健康有序的发展提供参考.This article is directed against the misleading publicity of supercritical CO 2 extraction of bee glue.The extraction rate,color,efficacy,safety and other aspects of supercritical CO 2 extraction of bee glue and ethanol extracting of bee glue are analyzed and compared in this article.And based on domestic and international bee glue market,this article explains practically and scientifically that supercritical extraction technology is not suitable for bee glue.Hope this can provide some reference for the healthy and orderly development of bee glue in China.
