摘 要:本文就中华蜜蜂自然台基结构和不同人工台基对移虫接受率影响进行研究,以找到适合中华蜜蜂人工育王的最适人工台基、来提高人工育王接受率,并提出人工台基棒的具体尺寸。结果表明:(1)中华蜜蜂自然台基的最大直径为9.02mm;台基底部形状为倒圆锥形,最大直径到底部的深度为6.41mm;最大直径与台基底部深度比值为1.41。(2)自然王台有60%以上出现在封盖子脾上,27%的出现在卵虫脾,而只有10%的出现在混合脾上。(3)塑料台基和蜂蜡台基对移虫接受率影响差异及显著(P<0.01),蜂蜡台基明显高于塑料台基。(4)王台口径对王台接受率有很大影响,其中口径8mm的台基接受率显著高于口径为9mm和10mm的台基(P<0.05),9mm和10mm的王台口径对王台接受率影响不明显(P>0.05)。(5)王台口径对蜂王初生重没有明显的影响(P>0.05)(6)在选择7mm、8mm和9mm的深度时,王台深度对王台接受率影响不大,差异不显著(P>0.05)。In this paper the bees natural queen-cell structure and different artificial queen-cell accepted rate were studied to find the suitable artificial queen-cell for the bees,to rear queen,to improve the artificial rearing of queen accepted rate, and puts forward the specific dimensions of artificial foundation stick.The results show that:the natural queen-cell for the largest diameter is 9.02mm;queen-cell bottom shape is inverted conical shape,the maximum bottom depth is 6.41mm;the maximum diameter and basal depth ratio is 1.41.Natural queen-cell station more than 60%appear in the sealing comb,27% appear in egg comb,while only 10%appear in mixed comb.The plastic queen-cell and wax queen-cell on acceptance rate is significant difference(P < 0.01),and significantly higher than that of wax cup plastic queen-cell.The queen-cell aperture on queen-cell accepted rate has great influence,which 8mm queen-cell accepted rate significantly higher than that of the diameter of 9mm and 10mm Queen-Cell(P < 0.05),in which 9mm andlOmm Queen-Cell aperture on queen-cell accepted rate had no significant effect(P > 0.05).The king Queen-Cell aperture on birth weight had no significant effect(P > 0.05). In the selection of7mm,8mm and 9mm depth of queen-cell,the depth on queen-cell accepted rate has no affect and no significant difference(P > 0.05).
