摘　　要：本文报告在16例病人16个疗程的恶性肿瘤化疗中加用吗丁啉片以控制消化道反应,结果,呕吐率、食欲下降率和腹胀率均明显低于对照组。因此,作者认为,在化疗时加用吗丁啉能有效控制消化道反应,对此应作进一步研究和推广。The paper reported that Domperidone Tablets were used to control the digestive tract reaction in 16 course outof 16 cases with cancers treated.The results showed that the rate of vomiting and anorectic incidence as well as theincidence of abdominal distnsion were obviously lower than those in the control group.Thus.authors suggestedDomperidone Played a important role in controlling digestive tract reaction during chemotherapy,it is worth mak-ing further study and being widely adopted.
