摘 要:采用硅与盐分的不同组合处理水稻种子,研究硅对不同盐分胁迫浓度下水稻种子萌发的影响。结果显示:100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫浓度不影响水稻种子的萌发,硅对水稻种子萌发状况无明显改善作用;但当盐分胁迫浓度达200 mmol/L时,种子萌发率明显降低。此时以硅酸钠和3 mmol/L正硅酸已酯(TEOS)预处理种子,可有效提高水稻种子的萌发速度、萌发率,增加胚根、胚芽的伸长长度,并使复水后种子萌发率分别增加61.33 %,43.33 %。因此以适宜浓度的有机及无机硅处理种子,有增强水稻种子在较高盐分胁迫浓度下抗盐萌发能力的作用。The effects of silicon on the germination of rice seeds under salt stress were studied by various combinations of NaCl and Si. The result showed that the germination percentage of rice seeds were unaffected by 100 mmol/L NaCl, but decreased under 200 mmol/L NaCl treatment. Silicon has no effect on the germination at 0mmol/L and 100 mmol/L NaCl concentration. While under 200 mmol/L NaCl treatment, the germination percentage was obviously decreased. Then pretreated the seeds with Na2SiO3 and 3 mmol/L TEOS, the percentage of germination and the growth of radicals and plumules were enhanced and the recovery germination were increased by 61.33%, 43.33% respectively. So the ability of salt-tolerance during the period of germination was improved by adding organic and inorganic silicon with appropriate concentrations.
