摘　　要：介绍在新型环境检测仪器 β射线空气质量PM10 自动监测仪中 ,如何利用质量流量控制器实现对大气的恒流采样 ,并着重阐述了如何利用AT89C5 5为核心的单片机结合外围数模 /模数转换芯片 ,从电路和软件上实现这一功能的具体应用方法。This article described a new kind of environment protection instrument for automatic monitoring the PM 10 ' s concentration in ambient air, and how to use a mass flow controler (MFC) to take a sample of constant air flow.The design details of the hardware circuit and software to control the MFC,which is based on a single chip computer using AT89C55 as its CPU with peripheral AD/DA conversion chips,as well as the implementation methods are also discussed.
