摘　　要：文章以分析网络环境下我国社科信息需求为基点 ,对我国社科信息事业及其资源现状进行全面分析 ,提出 2 0 0 1 - 2 0 1 0年我国社科信息系统设计与网络规划的基本构想。? This paper analyzes the needs and the current situation of the information undertaking and its resources in our country under the network environment.The basic conception of the network project (2001-2010)of the national information system is also put forward.
