摘　　要：本文针对工科院校师生对图书馆文献信息的需求特点 ,提出工科院校图书馆文献资源建设重点应当是建设具有本馆特色的电子信息资源体系。论述了建设具有工科院校特色电子文献资源保障体系的框架、途径和方法。? According to teachers' and students' demands on library literature information,this paper proposes the key point of constructing literature resources,is to construct the electronic information resources system with the library's own features.The framework,approaches and ways to construct the industrial and scientific institute's characteristic are also discussed.
