摘　　要：本文结合当今国内外数字图书馆建设和知识产权保护的实际情况 ,着重分析了我国数字图书馆信息资源建设、传播和服务中的各种知识产权问题 ,并研究其解决对策。? This paper analyses the various problems of The intellectual property right involved in the construction of the digital library,such as the construction and emission of the information resource,and the service of the information resource.At last the author probes the countermeasure about resolving these problems.
