摘　　要：本文研究了不同布夹数及不同布夹次数所捕获鼠类的数量组成、鼠类生物量及捕获丰的差异；探讨了样区间黄毛鼠的繁殖特征．提出在某一地区进行鼠情系统调查和监测时，应选若干个样区，每个样区每月布夹调查一次．每次布放150夹夜便可．This paper reports the results of our study on sampling technique in 1987. The fatmland rodents were captured month by month using trap night method. 100 traps or 300 trape were set on farmland each times, whether we captured monthly three times, two times or one times, the results on compeition, biomass and capture be of farmland rodents have not obvious difference. In investigation and monitoring of rodents, we must investigate many styles of farmland, and each style sets 150 trape one times monthly.
