摘　　要：近年来,有关中国农民组织建设的研究已经不少,大体上围绕中国农民组织建设的四个方面展开:类别与相关概念、背景和意义、现状和问题、方向和途径。这些研究已在中国农民组织建设的必要性和政府在农民组织建设上的定位等方面达成了共识,但在农村合作经济组织的涵义和农民协会的功用等方面还存在分歧。Recently, there are many research findings in the establishment of farmers' organization in China, generally, such researches are focusing on four dimensions of the establishment of farmers' organizations: categories and relevant definitions, background and significance, status quo and problems, directions and approaches. Those researches have reached common understanding as to the necessity of the establishment and the positioning of farmers' organizations in China, but there are still disagreements concerning the definition of the rural cooperative economic organizations and the functions of the farmers' association.
