促进我国竞技体育事业的可持续发展——论新时期我国退役运动员的再就业问题

摘　　要：奥运争光战略决定了优秀运动队在今后较长的一段时间内仍然存在。近年来,退役运动员遇到了前所未有的再就业困难,这将影响到我国竞技体育的可持续发展。文章采用文献资料法、分析法,对我国专业运动员退役的原因、体育体制的深化改革对退役运动员再就业的影响等进行分析,围绕这个问题在分析了我国退役运动员再就业困难原因的基础上,提出解决运动员退役后就业难问题的几点对策。Olympic glory determines that outstanding sports teams will still exist for a long period of time.In recent years,the retired athletes met the unprecedented difficulty in reemployment,which will ffect the sustainable development of competitive sports in China,In this paper,Literature searching method and analytical method are used to analyze the reason why the professional athletes retire and clarify to what extent the physical system reformation offects the re-employment of retired athletes.At last,the author puts forward the solution to unemployment of retired athletes.
