科学发展观指导下的思想政治教育

摘　　要：科学发展观是一个完整统一的科学体系,是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的运用和发展。党的十七大报告提出:科学发展观,第一要义是发展,核心是以人为本,基本要求是全面协调可持续,根本方法是统筹兼顾。在新的时代背景下,科学发展观作为思想政治教育新的指导思想,它要求思想政治教育实现"科学发展",坚持走全面协调可持续发展道路,贯彻以人为本的原则,在方法上运用统筹兼顾。As a complete and unified scientific system,the Scientific Outlook on Development is considered as the application and development of the Marxist world outlook and methodology on development.According to the Report of 17th National Congress of the CPC,the Scientific Outlook on Development takes development as its essence,putting people first as its core,comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development as its basic requirement,and overall consideration as its fundamental approach.Against to the new background of the times,the Scientific Outlook on Development is regarded as the ideological and political education's new guiding thought,which requests the ideological and political education to realize the science development,to take the way of all-round way with the balanced and sustainable outlook,to follow up the idea of 'People Oriented',and to apply the methods of overall consideration.
