区域经济法调控主体结构性探析——基于宏观调控法制化的分析

摘　　要：社会主义市场经济需要法制,市场经济条件下的区域经济也需要法制。在全国大力推进区域经济发展的新形势下,构建区域经济法体系,有利于推进主体功能区建设,促进区域经济协调发展。而构建区域经济法框架离不开对区域经济法调控主体的研究,区域经济法调控主体的组成应为宏观调控主体和中观调控主体。法律关系主体是指在法律关系中享有权利和履行义务的个人或组织。没有主体,法律关系就无从谈起。因此区域经济法律关系的研究也离不开对区域经济法主体,尤其是区域经济关系宏观调控主体的法律制度研究。The socialist market economy needs legal system,and under market economic conditions,regional economy also needs legal system.Under the new situation of promoting regional economic nationwide,the building of regional economic law system will be helpful to promote the construction of the main functional areas and the region economy coordinate development.And the construction of regional economic law frame system can't do without the research of regulation subject kegulation iubject of regioned economil law showld be concluded medium regulation subjeit and macro-cntwl regwlation subjeit.The subject of legal relationship is the individual or organization that enjoys the rights and obligations.Legal relationship cannot survive without subject.Therefore the research of the regional economic law relationship also depends on the research of the economic law subject,especially the research of macro regulation subject.
