摘　　要：20世纪90年代初,曾在里根时期红极一时的美国新保守主义一度跌入低谷。但是,新保守主义并没有淡出历史舞台。新保守派在整个90年代通过搅动公众舆论、拓展联合阵线等手段以推动新保守主义的发展,同时还时常煽动反华宣传,以扩大新保守主义的影响。In the early nineteen nineties, the American neo-conservatism, which had enjoyed its peak during the whole period of Reagan, dropped into trough. But it didn't fade on the stage of history. In order to promote the development of neo-conservatism, the neo-conservatives aroused public opinion and strengthen the power of their collaborators, etc. To expand the influence of neo-conservatism, they often incited a lot of anti-China propaganda during the whole period of nineteen nineties.
