基于独立制造岛的低成本适度自动化准柔性制造系统的研究

摘　　要：为向我国机械制造企业在先进制造技术体系中找到合适的位置并确定适当的发展战略提供依据，本文提出了基于独立制造岛的低成本适度自动化准柔性制造系统的新理念探讨了该制造系统作为２１世纪初期我国机械制造企业的主要生产模式的重要发展策略及作用与地位．根据作者对机械行业中小型制造企业过程的分析和理解，从方法论角度提出了基于独立制造岛的低成本适度自动化准柔性制造系统的总体技术框架，其中包括部分过程、组织、工作流程和管理等．In order to enable Chinese machinery enterprises to find their proper positions and deploy their AMT strategies, this paper proposes a new conception - AMI-based Low-cost Mederate Automati- zation Semiflexible Manufacturing System (AMI LC-MA-SFMS), and also studies the architecture of the general technology of AMI LC-MA-SFMS for Chinese machinery enterprises. This paper first analyzes the development of manufacturing methodologies, then discusses the basic economics reasons for AMI LC-MA-SFMS and discusses the importance of AMI LC-MA-SFMS as an enterprise strategy for manufacturing enterprises. Based on these, the authors present that AMI LC-MA-SFMS may be the "principal production mode of 21st century". Finally, this paper provides a general technology framework of AMI LC-MA-SFMS from the point of view of methodology.
