维生素E和维生素C对斜带石斑鱼亲鱼产卵质量的影响

摘　　要：在饲喂斜带石斑鱼Epinepheluscoioides亲鱼的新鲜鲜杂鱼中添加w=0 2%的维生素E或w=0 5%维生素C,经过45d的营养强化之后,在4-6月期间采集受精卵,孵化成仔鱼,并测定其营养成分。结果显示,亲鱼饵料中添加维生素E不仅可以增大亲鱼受精卵的卵径、油球直径和仔鱼全长,而且影响受精卵脂肪酸的组成,受精卵中n＿3PUFA和n＿6PUFA的含量以及PUFA SFA、DHA EPA的比值显著高于对照组;亲鱼饵料中添加维生素C对卵径、油球直径、仔鱼全长和受精卵脂肪酸的组成没有明显影响。由此表明,斜带石斑鱼亲鱼饲料中添加维生素E可以改善受精卵的质量和仔鱼质量,而添加维生素C对受精卵卵径、受精卵脂肪酸组成和仔鱼全长没有显著影响。The broodstock Epinephelus coioides was fed with fresh trash fish supplemented with 0.2% V_E and 0.5% V_C.After the broodstock intensely nourished for 45 days, the fertilized eggs were collected from April to June and incubated, then the composition of the eggs was analysed afterwards. The result shows that 0.2% V_E added to broodstock diet can not only augment the diameter of egg oil globule and larvae body length,but also affect the composition of the fatty acid.The content of n-3PUFA and n-6 PUFA exeeds the control's as well as the ratio of PUFA/SFA,DHA/EPA and AA/EPA does.But after broodstock diet supplemented with 0.5% V_C,these values weren't distint from the control's.The results indicate that broodfish diets for grouper Epinephelus coioides fortified with V_E can improve the quality of the eggs and the quality of the larvae.But V_C can't apparently affect the diamemer of eggs,the constitute of fatty acid and the body length of larvae.
