摘 要:研究了ELF电磁场对细胞游离Ca2+浓度的影响。分别通过(a)从单个肝细胞内钙离子振荡的动力学模型出发,以细胞膜上IP3受体浓度作为作用因子的数值计算和(b)ELF电磁场对细胞作用的实验结果分析电磁场对细胞游离Ca2+浓度的影响。结果表明:钙振荡的周期与IP3受体的浓度成非线性关系,外加ELF电磁场影响胞内钙振荡的周期和胞浆Ca2+浓度:强度为53v/m、频率为16Hz、45Hz和频率为16Hz、强度为80v/m的电磁波可使细胞胞浆Ca2+浓度上升明显,有显著统计学意义,强度为53v/m、频率为32Hz和60Hz和频率为16Hz、强度为26v/m的电磁波作用后细胞胞浆Ca2+浓度上升不明显,无统计学意义。The effect of ELF electromagnetic fields on intracellular Ca^(2+)concentration of cells was studied.It was be analysed by:(a)based on the nonlinear dynamic model of the calcium oscillation in heterogeneous liver cell,the influence of the electromagnetic field to the calcium oscillation was numerical analyzed while the IP3 receptor concentration was as action factor and(b)the experiment result of the cells were exposured to ELF electromagnetic fields.The result show that there was the nonlinear relation between the calcium oscillation periods and the IP3 receptor concentration,the extraneous electromagnetic field would influence calcium oscillation periods and cytosolic Ca^(2+)concentration.The ELF electromagnetic fields was divided to two circumstances in this research,the one which the intensity was 53 v/m,the frequency were 16 Hz and 45 Hz or the intensity was80 v/m、the frequency was 16 Hz that result in certain changes,which significance of difference was observed.the one that the intensity was 53 v/m,the frequency were 32 Hz and 60 Hz or the intensity was26 v/m、the frequency was 16 Hz which didn't.
