肾纤康汤对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者血清转化生长因子β_1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨利湿行瘀、益气养阴立法组成的肾纤康汤对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MsPGN)患者血清转化生长因子β_1(TGF-β_1)的抑制作用。方法:选择MsPGN患者60例,随机分成肾炎对照组、苯那普利组及肾纤康组,并观察治疗前后各组血清TGF-β_1变化。结果:苯那普利组与肾纤康组治疗后血清TGF-β_1水平均显著下凋(P<0.01),两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但与肾炎对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:肾纤康汤可能具有抗TGF-β_1作用,对延缓肾损害有利。Objective: To probe the inhibitory action of Shen Xian Kang Tang on serum transforming growth factor β1 (TGF - β1) in the patient of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN), Methods: 60 cases of MsPGN were randomly divided into nephritis control group, benazepril group and Shen Xian Kang group, and the changes of serum TGF -β1 before and after treatment were investigated. Results: After treatment, serum TGF -β1 levels in the benazepril group and Shen Xian Kang group were significantly down - regulated (P<0. 01), with no significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05), and there was significant difference as the two groups compared with the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Shen Xian Kang Tang may have the action of anti - TGF - β1, being advantageous to delaying injury of the kidney.
