摘　　要：面向成果的培训既注重培训过程 ,也注重培训效果 ,把培训重心从培训活动转到培训的长期目标及社区发展上。云南省“中加妇幼卫生合作项目”采用面向成果的培训方法对县、乡、村各级人员进行培训 ,注重接受培训后妇幼卫生人员能力的提高 ,注重社区群众得到经过培训的妇幼卫生人员服务的可及性、及时性的改善及妇女、儿童健康水平的提高 ,这种培训方法及思路给我们各项工作的目标管理、业务活动。Result based training pays attention not only to the process of training, but also the result of training. It changes its emphases from training activities to training impact (long time result) and community development. Canada China Yunnan Maternal and Child Health Project had adopted Result based Training methodology to train health workers in various levels, such as county, township and villages. Result based training put emphases on improving maternal and child health workers capacity after they have been trained, put emphases on improving service availability by trained health workers, and bettering of women and children's health situation timely. This training methodology and thoughts has set up a Result based Management model in objective management, program activity and supervision and evaluation of results for this work in different aspects.
