摘 要:为了解湖北省中小学生心理行为状况及其影响因素 ,采用中国标准化的 Achenbach's儿童行为量表和家庭环境量表对 4 0 1 0名中小学生进行调查。结果 :1心理行为问题检出率小学生为 2 4 .3% ,初中生为 1 8.3% ,男女生的检出率差异无显著性 ,农村的检出率明显高于城市 ;2最突出的心理行为问题小学男生为社交不良 (1 1 .1 % ) ,女生为分裂样强迫性 (1 0 .0 % ) ,初中男生为强迫性 (7.6% ) ,女生为分裂样 (1 2 .8% ) ;3家庭环境质量、父母文化程度 ,对孩子的教育态度和期望 ,孩子的人际关系 ,居住地及学校的社会风气等与学生行为发育明显相关。提示 :湖北省中小学生心理行为状况不容乐观 ,家庭环境质量。To study the epidemic status and influence factors of behavior problems of primary and secondary school students. Methods: Four thousands and ten students were surveyed by 'Achenbach's child behavior checklist (CBCL) and Family environment scale' (FES). Results: The prevalence of behavior problem is 24.3% (primary school students) and 18.3%(secondary school students). There are no significant differences of prevalence between male and female students, but the prevalence of countryside's is obviously higher than the city's. The main behavior problems are social communication disturbance (11.1%, male) and schizoid compulsion (10.0%, female) in primary school, and compulsion (7.6%, male) and schizoid (12.8%, female) in primary school. The behavior problems of students are significantly related to family environmental quantity, parents' culture level, parents' educational pattern and expectation, and interpersonal relationship of students, etc. Conclusion: It is not optimistic about the status of mental health of students in Hubei, and the major influence factors on behavior problem of students are quality of family and social environment.
