摘　　要：本文报告了国产氧化染发剂经皮毒性实验研究。结果表明,4倍量(218.2mg/kg)氧化染发剂亚慢性毒作用,对家兔体重的增长有明显抑制作用;对表皮、真皮均有不同程度的损害;未引起肝、肾等脏器的肿大或萎缩,可致肝细胞脂肪性变;常量、2、4倍量均可降低实验动物的细胞免疫功能;经 Ames 试验和微核试验证实,它具有直接致突变性。This article reports an experimental toxicity research of homemade oxidation hair dye exposured to animal skin.The results showed that the subchr- onic toxic effect of four times doses oxidation hair dye(218.2 milligram per kilogram)had clear check to the weight growth of rabbit;different extent d- amages to epielermis and derma;swelling or atroph- ying were not caused in organs such as liver and kidney,but fatty liver was found;the common dose, two or four times doses could also lower the cellim- munity fuction of experienced animals.The fact that the oxidation hair dye has direct mutagenicity has be- en verified by Ames’ test and micronucleus test in this article.
