摘 要:本实验选新西兰纯种兔八只,在每只兔背上设计长宽比例为6:1的超长随意皮辨4块。分别静脉注射生脉、红花及复方丹参注射液,并用生理盐水作为对照,应用wx—753B微循环显微镜观察不同时限兔耳及皮辨微循环改变,发现生脉、红花等中药制剂对兔耳微循环障碍及皮辨微循环障碍有明显的改善作用,从而促进了皮辨的成活,其中以生脉注射液作用最佳。Eight New Zealand rabbits were used in this study. Four random long flaps which be in the ratio of six to one were designed and operated on the dorso of each rabbit, then, the animals were given injections of Shengmo, Safflower, Co-danshen and normal saline expectively. Microcirculational changes of rabbit ears and flaps were observedwith WX-753B microcirculational microscope at different time after operation. The results showed that the Shengmo and Safflower can markedly improved microcircu-lational disorder of rabbit ears and flaps. But Shengmo was the best in the three chinese patent medicine to promote growth of flaps.
