摘　　要：深静脉血栓形成易发于下肢.1988年11月～1992年10月,诊治231例,男性146例、女性85例,年龄15～78岁、平均42.3岁.出现症状距确诊时间为1天至30年,平均45.7月.病变累及下肢227例,上肢4例.79例急性者用尿激酶溶栓效果满意.其余病例给予抗凝或抑制血小板治疗,等待病变静脉再通后行抗返流手术.’ Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) tends to occur in the lower limbs. From November 1988 to October 1992,231 patients had been diagnosed and treated. The patients included 146 males and 85 females. The range of age was from 15 to 78 years with a mean 42. 3 years. The duration of symptoms ranged from one day to 30 years with a mean 45. 7 months. DVT involved the lower limbs in 227 cases,the upper limbs in four. The results of thrombolytic therapy by Urokinase were satisfactory in 79 acute cases. The remainders were treated by anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy,and the antireflux surgical procedures would be performed after recanalization of the diseased veins.
