摘 要:对我国中风高发区和低发区六大地区的25个监测点40岁以上人群中抽出11677人检测了Hct,其中男6161人,女5516人。检测结果显示特高发区东北的平均Hct值高于高发区华北、低发区华南、华东地区。Hct的北高南低与中风发病率北高南低的情况颇为一致。Hct增高很可能成为北方中风发病的危险因素之一。Hematocrit (Hct) was detected in 11677 cases aged 40 and over,including 6161 men and 55.16 women,a-mong 25 monitoring stations in six high or low apoplexy morbidity areas. The results showed that the average Hct value in the northeast was higher than that in the north .the south and the east of China, which was similar to their apoplexy morbidities. It is suggested that the increase of Hct Value was one of the dangerous factors due to apoplexy mobidity in northern China.
