摘  要:通脉冲剂治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎有较好的临床疗效.本实验观察给小鼠注射肾上腺素,模拟应激状态,造成广泛的微动脉收缩,血流减慢或停止,形成微循环障碍.实验表明,通脉冲剂预先给药对肾上腺素引起的微动脉血流停止或减慢有十分显著的推迟作用,对血管管径也有延迟收缩作用.观察本药对兔耳动脉光电容积波的影响,表明通脉冲剂能促使容积波上升,扩张中小动脉,具有增加血流量的作用.Tongmai granule preparation is an effective antiangind medicine for thromboangiitis oblitearns. This study observed microcirculation disturbance produced by injection of adrenaline into abdominal cavity of rat,a mimic stress state , leading to the widespread vasocontraction of arteriole and stasis of blood flow. When Tongmai granule preparation was given before injection of adrenaline,it significantly postponed stasis of blood flow and also postponed contraction of blood vessel. Another test is effect of photoelectricity volume wave of rabbit ear’s artery for Tongmai.the results showed that it increased photoelectricity volume wave dilated middle and small blood vessel raised capacity of blood flow.
