丹参对微循环障碍的调节作用

摘　　要：本文研究了丹参对微循环障碍疾病的作用机理,发现丹参具有增加微循环的血流速度,减轻红细胞聚集及消除白色微小血栓的作用.这种结果表明,丹参可能对临床很多伴有微循环障碍的疾病具有重要的意义.The mechanism of therapeutic effect of Salvia Miltiorrihiza on the microcirculatory disorder observed,in nail fold of some kind of diseases was studied in this paper. The results showed: The Salvia Miltiorrihiza could play the role to increase the velocity of blood flow,reduce the aggregation of erythrocytes and diminish the white microthrombi of microcirculation ,and could showe that the Salvia Miltiorrihiza may be also important means for some of other patients with microcirculational disorder in clinic.
