多功能生化纤维内衣对微循环的影响

摘  要:<正>近2年国内研制成功的多功能生化纤维已通过国家科委和纺织部的鉴定,并取得了中国专利。目前已制成系列保健用品。为探讨该生化纤维制品对微循环的影响,我们使用该生化纤维制成的内衣进行临床微循环测试。现报告如下。To confirm the benefit of Multifunctional biochemical fiber underclothes to health, nail fold microcirculation and clinical manifestation were observed in 56 subjects wearing this sort of underclothes. The subjects with the average age of 46.52±8.45 years were divided into two groups according to their scores of microcirculatory disturbances before putting on this underclothes the control group (n=16) whose scores (1.05±0.57) were less than 2.0, and the abnormal group(n=40) whoes scores(3.42±1.01) were between 2.2 and 6.0. The nail fold microcirculation and clinical manifestation were observed and recorded before and 2h, 24h, 3d, 1w, 2w, 3w after wearing this underchothes. No drug was taken by the subjects during the experiment. In clinical manifestation, the kneeache, backache, chilly, cold extremities, fatigue, listlessness, senile pruritus hiemalis, chilblain, plantalgia, calcanodynia, etc, were alleviated in 24 hours and disappeared within 3 days to 1 week after wearing this sort of underclothes. The results of microcirculatory observation showed that scores of microcirculatory disturbances decreased significantly after wearing this underclothes (3.42±1.01 vs 1.72±0.92,P&lt;0.001), the velocity of microvascular blood flow speeded from 817±359um/s to 1507±267um/s(P&lt;0.001). It was found that the status of microrascular flow was improved, erythrocytes aggregation was inhibited and exudation around the capillary loop was absorbed. There were evident improvement of loop clarity, apparent reduction of white microthrombi after the wearing of the clothes. The authors suggest that it is the far infrared rays of 8-14um wavelenth emitted from ultromicro powder contained in the clothes that improves microcirculation. Therefore, the circulation is accelerated, more oxygen and nutrients are provided and elimination of metabolic products is facilitated. All these contribute to the maintenance of local homeostasis which induce alleviation of clinical symptoms and signs.
