阿尼帕米与尼群地平治疗高血压性左心室肥厚的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阿尼帕米与尼群地平治疗高血压性左室肥厚的疗效。方法:按照随机和单盲法,将54例原发性高血压左心室肥厚患者分为阿尼帕米组和尼群地平组,治疗前后进行血压、心率、心功能及左心室肥厚测定。结果:发现治疗16周后两组患者血压均明显降低,与治疗前相比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。阿尼帕米组患者心率下降(P<0.01),左心室舒张功能明显改善(P<0.01),肥厚的左心室逆转明显(P<0.05);尼群地平组患者心率、心功能和左心室肥厚均无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论:阿尼帕米与尼群地平均有良好降压作用;阿尼帕米逆转左心室肥厚,改善左心室舒张功能比尼群地平明显。Objective:To compare the efficacy of anipamin for the therapy of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with nitrepidine.Methods:Fifty-four patients with primary hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy were randomized to receive either anipamine or nitredipine.The improvements of blood pressure,heart rate,cardiac function and the thickness of left cardiac ventricles were used as a basis for the evaluation of the efficacy of both therapies.Results:The anipamine-treated patients had significant improvements in blood pressure,heart rate and left ventricular function(P<0.01)and the regression in left ventricular hypertrophy(P<0.05).No significant improvements but the reduction of blood pressure(P<0.01)were observed in the nitredipine-treated group.Conclusion:The efficacy of both anipamine and nitredipine in the management of hypertension is evident.Moreover,anipamine shows more favorable therapeutic effects to nitredipine in the improvements of left ventricular function and hypertrophy.
