银杏酸抑菌效果的初步研究

摘　　要：对银杏外种皮石油醚提取物和银杏酸的抑菌活性进行了初步研究,发现银杏酸和外种皮粗提物对金葡菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、枯草杆菌均有抑制作用,对耐青霉素金葡菌也有一定的抑制作用,银杏酸与青霉素联用,具有加强作用。In this article we studied the anti-bacterical activity of the extract from testa of Ginkgo biloba and ginkgolic acids. They can inhibit the growth of Staphylocococus aureus , Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis , B. cereus and MRSA. Ginkgolic acids combined with penici-line can enhance their inhibitory activity to MRSA.
