应用分段法硅胶填充术矫治轻度驼峰鼻的体会

摘　　要：目的介绍一种应用分段法硅胶填充术矫治轻度驼峰鼻的手术方法。方法将“L”形硅胶支架分成2段,分别填充于驼峰的上部凹陷中及驼峰下部的低平部位(包括鼻尖部位)中;硅胶植入体的深面须雕刻成横向瓦楞形,使其保持相对稳定,并注意适当的植入张力;手术分两期进行为稳妥,易达到好的效果。结果本组12例患者,术后均达到满意或比较满意的形态效果。随访1～6年,形态良好,未有硅胶外露情况。结论应用分段法硅胶填充术矫治轻度驼峰鼻,方法简单,手术创伤小,术区消肿快,易保证效果,同时避免了整块硅胶体植入时驼峰上再增加高度及张力的情况。Objective To introduce a staged corrective rhinoplasty for mild hump nose using divided silicone implant.Methods The silicone implant was divided in two parts to fill the depression above and under the dorsal hump,including the nasal tip.The deeper face of the implant should be carved as a series of traverse corrugated lines to stabilize those implants.The operation should be divided in two stages to ensure the effect and safety.Results 12 patients were treated with satisfactory result and were followed up for 1～6 years.No silicone exposure was observed.Conclusion The staged corrective rhinoplasty for mild hump nose using divided silicone impants is easily performed with minimal invasion.An ensurable results can be achieved with the divided implants which can avoid the increase in the height and tension at the nose hump.
