摘　　要：目的微晶磨削术应用于面部美容的初步研究和探讨。方法150例患者每10～14天行一次微晶磨削术,一个疗程为8～10次。应用目测法对每一次手术前后皮肤表面粗糙度、弹性、色泽和油性作对照分析。结果随访6～18个月,95%的患者面部表面粗糙度、弹性、色泽和皮脂腺分泌程度有明显的改善。治疗后即刻随访可见面部变得平整、皮脂腺分泌减少、皮肤弹性增加和色泽变白、皱纹变平滑。结论微晶磨削术在改善面部皮肤弹性和色泽、改善细小皱纹、减少皮脂腺分泌和使面部变光滑等方面有显著的效果。Objective To study the application of microdermabrasion in facial cosmesis.Methods 150 cases received a series of 8～10 microdermabrasion treatments at 10～14-day intervals.The skin surface roughness,elasticity,color,and sebum content were observed before and after microdermabrasion.Results During the follow-up period of 6～18 months,95% of cases achieved significant improvement in the skin surface roughness,elasticity,color,and sebum content.The immediate change after treatment included smooth skin,a reduction of sebaceous gland,an increase of skin elasticity,and improvement of fine rhytides.Conclusion Microdermabrasion has significant effect on the improvement of skin quality and fine rhytides.
