通脉降脂口服液抑制巨噬细胞源性生长因子对平滑肌细胞c-myc基因表达的实验研究

摘　　要：采用原位杂交技术,进一步探讨通脉降脂口服液对血管平滑肌细胞(SMC)增生相关基因 c-myc mRNA 表达的影响。观察到巨噬细胞源性生长因子可明显促进 SMC c-mycmRNA 高表达;而通脉降脂口服液能阻止 MDGF 刺激 SMC 的作用,使 c-myc mRNA 表达水平明显下降。提示通脉降脂口服液阻止动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成的机理,可能是通过抑制 SMC c-myc mRNA 的表达,从而抑制 SMC 增殖,阻止 AS 形成。The effect of Tongmai Jiangzhi liquor(TMJZL)on c-mye gene expression in vascular smooth muscle eell(VSMC)was ex- plored with in situ hybridization.It was showed that macrophage-derived growth factor(MDGF)could apparently stimulate high gene expression of c-myc mRNA.In contrast,TMJZL could prevent MDCF’s stimulating effect on VSMC,decrease the expres- sion level of c-myc mRNA obviously.The results suggested that the effects d TMJZL on preventing atherosclerosis might be due to its prohibiting effect on c-mye mRNA expression level.
