摘  要:制作兔不完全性脑缺血再灌注模型,检测脑组织 ATP、血栓素 B_2(TB_2)和前列腺素 F_(1α)(PGF_(1α))含量变化及丹参、光量子化丹参对上述指标的影响。结果表明:脑缺血再灌注模型脑组织 ATP 含量降低,TXB_2/PGF_(1α)。比值升高,而丹参及光量子化丹参可明显回升ATP 含量,降低 TXB_2/PGF_(1α)。比值。丹参具有活血化瘀之功效,可能是通过降低 TXB_2/PGF_(1α)比值,恢复供血,提高 ATP 含量而起作用,光量子化可明显增强丹参的作用,可视为丹参的一种新炮制方法,更有利于丹参的作用发挥。The models of incomplete cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rabbits were established.Contents of the ATP,TXB<sub>2</sub> and PGF<sub>1</sub> in brain tissue of the models were examined.Effects of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhize(RSM)and RSM with ultraviolet liquid irradiation(ULl)on these indexes were observed.ATP was reduced and the ratio of TXB<sub>2</sub>/PGF<sub>1</sub>α increased in ischemic models. Nevertheless RSM and RSM with ULI could reduce the ratio of TXB<sub>2</sub>/PGF<sub>1</sub>α and increase the content of ATP.RSM might im- prove the cerebral circulation by reducing ratio of tXB<sub>2</sub>/PGF<sub>1</sub>α and then increase the level of ATP in brain tissue.The function of RSM could be enhanced by ULI.
