淫羊藿提取液对羟基脲致“阳虚”大鼠代谢的影响

摘　　要：为评价补阳药淫羊藿对羟基脲致“阳虚”大鼠代谢的影响。采用3月龄雄性SD 大鼠24只,随机分为对照组、羟基脲组和预防组。均施行相应处理3个月。结果与对照组比较,羟基脲组出现体重减少,肌肉萎缩,内脏重量普遍减轻,微量元素中 Cu 含量和 T_4增加等表现;同时,胫骨中段皮质骨变薄,骨髓腔增大。用淫羊藿预防组除了防止皮质骨骨量丢失外,对上述“阳虚”症状稍有改善,但并不明显。认为单用淫羊藿能预防羟基脲所引起的骨质疏松和对“阳虚”症状稍有改善。To estimate the effects of Epimedium Sagittatum extract （ESE） on metabolism of hydroxyurea-induced Yang Deficiency in male rats,twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats at 3 months of age were used in the current study.They were randomly as- signed to the control group,hydroxyurea group and ESE prevention group which were respectively given appropriate treatments for 3 months.As compared with the control group,the rat body weights were decreased to 12.5%,the muscles were stunted, the visceral organs were reduced in their weights and the contents of serum Cu and T₄ were increased to 22.9% and 81.4 % re- spectively,in the meantime,the cortical bone loss of tibial shaft and marrow area enlarging occured in hydroxyurea group.On the contrary,in comparison with hydroxyurea group,a little improvements of symptoms of Yang Deficiency were found in preven- tive group,in addition to cortical bone mass loss being prevented.ESE which was singly used could prevent hydroxyurea-in- duced osteoporosis and improve slightly symptoms of Yang deficiency.
