海石合剂对实验性哮喘豚鼠内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨海石合剂对支气管哮喘的作用机理。方法用卵蛋白致敏豚鼠复制急性支气管哮喘动物模型,用海石合剂治疗,观察动物血浆和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中内皮素(ET-1)水平的变化。结果实验性哮喘豚鼠发作时血浆和BALF中ET-1水平分别显著高于发作前和对照组,海石合剂对实验性哮喘豚鼠BALF中ET-1水平有明显降低作用。造模组BALF中ET-1与血栓素B2(TXB2)呈正相关关系。结论海石合剂有效治疗哮喘的作用与抑制肺系局部ET-1的产生密切相关。Objective:To explore the mechanism of action of Haishi Mixture to bronchial asthma,Methods :The acute bronchial asthma animal mo del was repliated by lecithoprotein sensitized guinea -pig,and was therapied with Haishi Mixtre.The change of level of ET -1in plasma and b ronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BAIF)were observed.Results:When laboraory asthma guinea -pig at tacked,the level of ET -1in plasma and BALF was far higher than befoe attacking and controlled group,so Houishi Mixtre has remarkable lowing action to the l evel of ET -1in BALF of laboratory asthma guinea -pi g.ET -1in BALF of model group has to do with TXB 2 .Conclusion:There are close links between the action of Haishi Mxture in curing effectivly asthma and inhi biting lungs local ET -1.
