摘　　要：目的 :了解Bowman′s层在角膜组织中的功能。方法 :通过对一组近视患者在Lasik术前、术后和一组青光眼患者在高眼压和正常眼压时角膜前后表面曲率的测量 ,来了解Bowman′s层完整和受损的情况下 ,眼内压升高是否会引起角膜形态的改变。通过对Bowman′s层部分缺损的眼角膜厚度及Haze程度的观察 ,了解Bowman′s层对保持角膜透明性的作用。结果 :Bowman′s层完整时 ,眼内压升高 ,不引起角膜前后表面曲率增加 ,Bowman′s层缺损时 ,眼内压升高会使角膜向前膨隆。Bowman′s层缺损会引起角膜雾浊 ,Haze形成。结论 :Bowman′s层对于保持角膜的抗张力 ,维护角膜形态或曲率 ,保护角膜及内眼组织免受紫外线的损害 ,维持角膜伤口的良好愈合 ,保证角膜的透明性具有十分重要的意义。Objective:To find out the function of Bowman′s Layer in corneal tissue. Methods:Through measure anterior and posterior corneal surface curvature to find out wether high IOP can change corneal shape when Bowman′s Layer continuty or discontinuity.Through observing the thickness and Haze of a group eye′s that there is some of Bowman′s Layer defect to find out the funtion of Bowman′s Layer maintain corneal transparency. Results:High IOP can′t change the corneal shape when Bowman′s Layer continuity.High IOP can change the corneal shape when Bowman′s Layer discontinuity.Bowman′s Layer defect can cause haze. Conclusions:Bowman′s Layer is very important for maintain corneal shape and curvature and for keep the corneal transparency.
