点穴配捏脊治疗小儿厌食症140例  

Report on 140 Cases of Infantile Anorexia Treated by Means of Acu-Pressure with Qi and Pinching-Along-Spine Method

摘　　要：笔者运用点穴导气和捏脊法治疗小儿厌食症140例,疗效较为满意,现将治疗结果报告于下。临床资料140例患儿均来自门诊。其中男84例,女65例,3岁以内40例,4～6岁90例,7岁以上10例。体重低于正常标准体重8%以上。The authors treated 140 infants,who were ano-rexic,sallow,and skiny,with pinching-along-spineand acu-pressure with Qi.The spine,from Changq-iang up to Dazhui was repeatedly pinched for 6 ti-mes,and then the pushing and pinching methodwas performed from Mingmen to Shenshu for a fewtimes on both sides.After this method,bilateralZusanli,Neiguan,and Tianshu,as well as Zhongw-an and Qihai were pressed with the thumb of thedoctor's right hand and meanwhile the Qi was con-ducted on these points by means of the concentrationof mind from the doctor.The treatment was oncedaily and 10 sessions constituted one course of trea-tment.After 2 to 4 courses,the therapeutical effectwas processed for statistics.In all the cases,theappetite and body weight markedly increased andhematochrome,hair zinc content,and the oral xylo-se excretion were all improved.
