激光—针刺复合麻醉在疝修补术中的应用

摘　　要：我们以往的工作证明,氦-氖激光穴位照射可显著提高人体的基础痛阈,具有明显的镇痛效应,并成功的应用氦-氖激光穴位照射加硬膜外复合麻醉行胃大部切除术。在此基础上,我们在针麻疝修补术临床研究中,为了提高镇痛效果,探索针麻新方法,采用氦-氖激光穴位照射加切口局部穴位电针复合麻醉(简称激光—针麻)下行疝修补术进行了临床效果观察,并与单纯针麻和局麻进行对照,取得了满意的效果,现报告如下。The authors used laser to irradiate Zusanli incombination with electric acupuncture in Wusbu,Daju and paraincisional point as the anesthetic me-thod for 34 cases of repair of hernia and the com-parison was also made between this method,the soleacupuncture anesthesia and local anesthesia.The re-sult revealed that the success of laser and acupunct-ure was 94.12%,better than that of sole acupunc-ture anesthesia (90. 91);and the physiological dis-turbance and supplementary medication of the meth-od were both less than those of local anesthesia.
