摘　　要：本文采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照、交叉试验,观察口服纳多洛尔片剂4wk(40mg,qd),治疗30例(男19,女11,年龄60±6yr)冠心病心绞痛患者.用药后,临床总有效率为93％,心电图总有效率为80％,均显著高于安慰剂(P<0.01)。Nadolol is a new, long-acting adrenergic beta receptor blokaders. This paper reports the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controled cross-over clinical trial of nadolol tablet (40 rag, qd) for 4 wk in the treatment of 30 patients (M 19, F 11; age 60±6 yr with, angina pectoris. After treatment, the, overall response rate was 93 %, and the response fate reflected from EGG. was 80%,the these were better than placebo (P<0.01).
