曲克芦丁对家兔血脂及动脉粥样斑块形成的影响

摘　　要：60只家兔经动脉粥样硬化造型后,30只用曲克芦丁100mg(2mL),im,qd×4wk,另外30只家兔用生理盐水2mL,im,qd×4wk作比较,发现曲克芦丁明显降低家兔血浆总胆固醇及载脂蛋白B,明显升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用,(P<0.01),且对动脉粥样硬化斑块形成具有抑制或消除作用,而生理盐水组则无上述作用。Atherosclerosis was produced in 60 rabbits by atherogenic diet. Troxe-rutin was injected im 100 mg (2 mL) to 30 rabbits qd x 4 wk; normal saline was injected im 2 mL to the other 30 rabbits qd x 4 wk as control. The results showed that troxerutin markedly increased the high density lipoproteincholesterol and markedly reduced the cholesterol, Apo-B and the atheromatous plaque on aorta as compared with saline.
