对北京体育大学毕业生培养状况的调查研究

摘　　要：通过对用人单位的调查 ,了解市场情况和需求 ,对确定北京体育大学未来的办学方向、办学规模和办学效益提供市场依据 ,为我校多年发展规划提供建议。同时 ,通过对接收单位和毕业生本人的调查 ,反馈了解我校的学生培养工作状况 ,找出我校培养工作的缺陷和不足 ,为调整和改进我校人才培养的目标和规格 ,提出有益的建议 ,使我校毕业生能够符合市场要求 ,满足社会需要 ,为我校打开人才市场。The investigation in unites of promoting or demoting staff and the understanding of the talents market and market demand have provided gist for determining the future direction, the scale and the benefit of running the Beijing University of Physical Education. Suggestions were put forward for the programming of the multi-year development of BUPE. At the same time, through investigating the graduates themselves and in the accepting unites as well as contrasting with the present state of the cultivation of students in BUPE, its defection and deficiency were found out. Useful suggestions were advanced for modulating and improving the aims and standards of talent training in BUPE in order that the graduates will accord with the requirement of the market and meet the needs of the society so as to create conditions for opening up the talents market and taking part in social contests.
