摘　　要：综合运用多种研究方法 ,从整体性、综合性角度出发 ,围绕训练和管理两个方面入手 ,从我国 81名优势项目优秀教练员成材过程中探讨我国优秀教练员成材过程的时间阶段性特征 ,揭示影响其成材过程的主、客观因素 ,为教练员的选拔 。Applying several sorts of research methods comprehensively, starting from the angles of entirety and integration as well as proceeding with training and management, the phase characteristics of the accomplishment course of the Chinese excellent coachers were discussed from the accomplishment course of 81 Chinese excellent coachers of dominant events. The subjective and objective factors to influence their accomplishment were revealed so as to provide theoretical and practical gist for the selection and cultivation of coachers.
