摘　　要：进入 2 0世纪 90年代日本足球运动迅速发展和提高 ,通过对日本足球运动制定的发展战略、管理、训练体制、科研及引进外援等有关问题的分析 ,并大量收集日本足球资料、文献及走访日本足球界人士和亲身体验并对其进行研究 ,探讨了日本足球运动迅速崛起的原因及其值得我们学习和借鉴的经验。In 1990s football was developing and improving rapidly in Japan. The Japanese football development strategy, management, coaching system, scientific research and introduction of foreign aid etc. were analyzed. A great deal of materials and documents on Japanese football were collected and Japanese people of the football circle were interviewed. The achieved data were studied by combining with the personal experiences of the writer. The reasons for the rising and rapid development of football in Japan were discussed for others' reference.
