B超对胎儿不同声刺激反应的观察及影响因素

摘  要:目的 :探讨胎儿对不同声刺激的反应及其因素的影响。方法 :B超观察 5 6例正常孕妇 (2 1~ 36周 )之间 ,对不同声刺激的反应 ,测定胎心、胎动率变化 ,以预测胎儿听功能发育及宫内安危状况 ,以及孕妇年龄、孕龄、羊水量、胎位、胎盘间的影响。结果 :10 0dBHL的 0 .5、1、2、4KHz纯音振动刺激P >0 .0 5 ,而木鱼声刺激 ,胎心、胎动率变化均P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ,探讨了各种因素影响的结果。结论 :用木鱼声刺激来观察胎儿听器发育及监测宫内胎儿安危 ,具有安全、简便、特异性高 ,易于普及 ,可作为一种监测手段之一。Objective:To discuss fetal responses to different sound stimulation and influence of several factors.Methods:We observed 56 normal pregnant women(21~36 weeks) by B-mode ultrasonography,who responded to different sound stimulation.By determining variations of fetal heart rate and fetal movement rate,we can predict fetal hearing development and health condition,and simultaneously consider the influence of related factors include gravida age,gestational age,amniotic fluid magnitude,position of fetus and placenta.Results:We have discussed experimental results by statistics which were influenced by many kinds of related factors. 100dBHL0.5,1,2,4KHz pure tone vibratory stimulate variations of fetal rate and fetal movement rate P >0.05,while the wooden fish beating sound stimulate variations of fetal heart rate P <0.01,and fetal movement rate P <0.05.Conclusion:It is a safe,simple,more specific and easily popularized method that the wooden fish beating stimulation is used to observe fetal hearing development and monitor fetal safe or danger.This may be used as one of monitoring means.
